Hello Out There, Today is just a normal day, but I was finally time to get this 'site' up and running... Please bear with me while I get everything going, but I am SO excited to have a place to DO all of this. You guys have been asking me if I offer online training, if I have a website, videos or if I can HELP you... the answer is now, ABSOLUTELY yes.

I will be posting more about in detail about my #SURGERYPREP here as well. I know that my current 'journey-to-the-knife' raises a lot of questions, and I really would love to be able to answer all of them for you. Hopefully this website will serve as a far more stable platform than JUST my Instagram (only site I've used for a long time).

Essentially I'm just dropping a note here to let you know whats up, that I'm excited to get this going, and that this site will be a great support piece to my IG. My goal here is to be completely accessible to you all, and to post a note/novel on how I'm feeling and doing on that day.
